Hosting
Select a Groupview App or Experience
No additional add-ons, streaming service subscriptions, plug-ins or app downloads are required. The player is completely web based.
Click "Open" button to start your Groupview.
Enter your info
Choose the name you’d like to use while video chatting and enter your Groupview topic.
Create your Groupview!
Select a video to watch with your group
Copy and share your Groupview link with up to 5 people by clicking on the "Invite Friends" menu item, or, share with anyone by switching your Groupview mode to "Public".
Start your Groupview
Once everyone is ready, start your Groupview. You can play, pause, skip, and seek for the group.
Each participant has individual control over the show audio volume. Other participants can be muted.
Click Click to Talk switch to start talking.
Video volume will be muted.
Click Start Audio switch to resume main audio.
Your volume will be muted.
Joining
Join a Groupview
There are several ways of joining a GroupView.
Public GroupViewsCheck the Groupview.tv "Live!" page for public GroupViews and click "JOIN" on the one you are interested in.
Private LinksA host may send you an email or message indicating a private Groupview link. Click that link to join.
